Terms of Service
1. Using the service
AI Video Studio provides tools for writing, generating and editing video with third-party AI models. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the ideas, scripts, images and video you upload or generate. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process that content to run the service, including sending prompts to the model providers you select.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the studio to create content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, sexualises minors, or impersonates a real person without consent. Prompts and outputs may be reviewed to enforce this.
4. Credits and payment
Generations are priced in credits per second of video, plus resolution and audio adjustments. The price is shown before a generation starts. Charges are confirmed by the payment provider; credits are granted only after that confirmation. Failed jobs are refunded in credits.
5. Availability
Model providers can be unavailable or change their terms. The studio reports blocked or failed generations rather than simulating output. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
6. Ending your account
You may delete your content and request account closure at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or place the service or other users at risk.
