What we collect
Account details (name, email, avatar), the content you create — prompts, scripts, characters, scenes, uploads and rendered clips — plus credit and billing records and basic usage logs.
Why we collect it
To run generations, keep your projects available across sessions, meter credit usage accurately, provide support and prevent abuse. Billing data is processed by the payment provider connected to this app.
Who processes it
Prompts and reference images are sent to the AI model provider you select so it can generate your video. Payments are handled by the connected payment provider. Uploads are stored in the app's file storage.
How long we keep it
Projects and media stay until you delete them. Ledger and payment records are retained as long as required for accounting and dispute handling.
Your controls
You can edit your profile, delete projects and media, and request account closure from Settings. Export of your transcripts or billing history can be requested through support.
